Below is a full photo tour of Old Tappan Manor — our newly renovated front entrance, the waterfall garden where couples say their vows, our brand-new bridal suite with its 360-degree mirror dressing room, and the cocktail spaces our guests talk about for months afterward.

We host one wedding at a time and two in a day, so every space you see here will be yours alone on your day. Nothing is shared, and nothing is rushed.

The Grand Ballroom

Our newly renovated ballroom seats up to 350 guests beneath crystal chandeliers, with fully customizable LED lighting you can set to any color to match your palette. Because we host one wedding per evening, the entire room is yours — we never divide the space between events.

The Waterfall Ceremony Garden

Our signature waterfall and manicured gardens are where most of our couples take romantic photos, as well as choose to say “I do.” Outdoor ceremonies run spring through fall, and if the weather turns, your ceremony simply moves into the ballroom — which is already yours, with no competing event wanting the same backup space.

The Bridal Suite

Our brand-new bridal suite has a dedicated makeup room with multiple stations, so your whole party can get ready together without crowding, plus a 360-degree mirror dressing room built specifically for wedding gowns. Couples can book it for the full day, food included, and settle in early instead of rushing.

The Grounds

Beautifully manicured grounds in Old Tappan, with 150 free on-site parking spaces and valet included for your guests. We’re about 20 miles from Manhattan — roughly 25 minutes without traffic — and minutes from Rockland County.

Cocktail Hour

Our cocktail hour is the thing guests bring up months later. Stations, passed hors d’oeuvres, and a premium open bar with top-shelf spirits — all included in your package, not added on.

The Garden Gazebo

Our white garden gazebo creates a timeless backdrop for wedding portraits throughout the day and after sunset. Framed by manicured lawns, flowers and evening lights, it offers couples a beautiful place to capture both elegant and candid moments.
